Karley Hildin has been a cornerstone of KrellTech's engineering team for five years, bringing innovation, creativity, and leadership to her role as a Product Engineer. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and certifications like EIT, CSWP, and CPAP, Karley is a master of her craft. She specializes in mechanical engineering, hands-on machining, and parametric CAD modeling, playing a critical role in the design and development of our cutting-edge photonic polishing products.
Her work at KrellTech is integral to our mission of manufacturing world-class polishing and inspection systems. Karley’s technical prowess is matched by her leadership abilities, having successfully supervised the second generation of our SpecVision product line. Her efforts have not only improved product functionality but also streamlined our engineering processes, ensuring that KrellTech remains at the forefront of the photonics industry.

She led the restructuring of KrellTech's library of standard and custom polishing fixture designs, making it more efficient and accessible for new and challenging applications.
