Yes, this geometry can be formed on a tip of a fiber using the Orbit system.

I am looking for your universal workholder to be used with my NOVA polisher. I only need a 4 position but would like to upgrade to 8 positions eventually. Is this possible to do?

Yes, it is possible to upgrade a workholder. You will just have to send it in for alignment and calibration.

Yes, you will just need to send your current workholder in to be upgraded, re-aligned and re-calibrated. This will take about a week upon receipt of workholder.
